Triple 8 Dance Company

We are Triple 8, Princeton University’s premier East Asian dance company! Our name, “888,” comes from Chinese numerology, symbolizing a triple promise of luck and prosperity. For twenty years, we’ve been a close-knit family, training and growing as dancers together. We showcase a range of movement styles: hip-hop/open style, traditional East Asian dance, martial arts, and contemporary dance. Our mission is to increase awareness and appreciation of the rich East Asian and Asian American Diasporic arts subcultures through dance, and to bring the beauty of these worlds to the Princeton community.
